ADHD assessment
If you think you might have ADHD and are looking for an assessment your GP is a good place to start. It is important to help your GP by giving them a clear understanding of the way you believe ADHD is impacting you day to day, how it showed up for you as a child and the impact of it on your education, work and/or social relationships. In most areas GPs are able to refer you to NHS services for assessment, however waiting times and service provision varies from location to location.
